Domaine de la Perruche, just a stone’s throw from the Isle Verte campsite in Montsoreau
The Domaine de la Perruche is situated opposite the Isle Verte campsite in Montsoreau. Its vineyards stretch across south-facing slopes composed of tuffeau and siliceous stones known as ‘Perruches’.
From the campsite, it’s easy to walk over to the Domaine de la Perruche for a tasting. You’ll visit the cave-like cellars, which now house the barrel cellar, before tasting the wines made from Cabernet Franc – in red and rosé – or Chenin for the whites (dry, sweet or sparkling).
A commitment to the environment
The entire vineyard holds HVE Level 3 certification (High Environmental Value), a farm certification that attests to a commitment to achieving specific outcomes in the areas of biodiversity, fertiliser management, irrigation and pest control.
